I'm a baker based in Tampa, FL who started out making cakes as a hobby, which I would donate to charitable events, children's homes and church events. Individuals attending these events would always ask me for my business card.  When I told them that I do not have a business and that this is a hobby and for donation, they would always encourage me to make it a business and a career.  So I did! Best decision ever! 

We still donate to charitable events and organizations as a way of giving back.  I’m also a Sugar Angel for Icing Smiles www.icingsmiles.org a nonprofit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child.

My cakes are baked fresh to order. This maintains the great texture and taste, resulting in a great product and ultimately a satisfied customer. Experiencing the joy and satisfaction of a customer’s facial expression when they see their cake for the first time, it’s just priceless and make all the time and effort so worth it.
